The next Barbell Betties session is right around the corner!
Barbell Betties is a weightlifting class designed for WOMEN by WOMEN. Betties who participate in this program will improve their strength, develop toned, lean muscle, and buildconfidence that they can use both in and out of the gym. The class is lead by Coach Cassi in a fun, supportive environment for STRONG women!
Betties will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting on Monday, September 24th from 8-9PM for 5 weeks. There will be 1 At Home Workout Provided each week for all participants.
*Please note that this session will have a one day break for Columbus Day and then will resume class that Wednesday. There will still be a total of 10 Betties sessions with our last day on Monday, October 29th.
